About the Position

Strömsund Municipality is looking for nurses for the summer in the Hammerdal, Strömsund, and Backe-Hoting areas. You will work in special housing but sometimes also in the municipal home care in the patients' ordinary residences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in Strömsund Municipality, you will work for good and safe care.

Your responsibilities include:

• Care - Perform nursing actions, provide patients with security and support, and promote health and prevent diseases
• Medical treatment - Administer medications, take blood samples, and perform wound treatments
• Assessment and planning - Assess patients' health status, plan and lead nursing work
• Documentation - Write records and document patients' health status and treatments, we use Cosmic
• Communication - Inform and support patients and relatives
• Collaboration - Work in teams with other professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, and nursing staff

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Previous work with the elderly or people with disabilities is an advantage.
